  4. Wow. I have done this about 5-7? Times in thr last couple weeks. Already can make it through the workout without breaks. But its still tough and it burns. Haha. Improvement already in my endurance. No change in my body yet

  22. everyone in these comments seems to be girls. I myself am i boy, and love all of casseys workouts, but as a boy I'm not as flexible as others. Is there a way to do these exercises without being so flexible? any replies will help <3
